Refund policy

Here's how refunds work, so you know what to expect before you book.

How refunds are worked out

Refunds follow the airline's (or hotel's) fare rules. If the fare allows a refund, you get back what the airline refunds, minus only any airline penalty. Fly Me adds no extra refund fee. Non-refundable fares can't be refunded.

How to ask for a refund

Open Manage Booking and send a cancellation request, or contact us.
Have your booking reference ready.

How you get paid back

We send the money back the way you paid: to your card for card payments, or by bank transfer for transfer payments. The timing depends on the airline and your bank.

If we can't confirm your seats

If the airline refuses a booking after you've paid, we refund you in full.
